Biten Law Office has been run in Ankara by Şahin Biten since 2009. It supports banks and financial institutions, industrial and energy companies, businesses and individuals from the pre-dispute stage through to final judgment.
The core of the practice is debt recovery through enforcement and insolvency proceedings, commercial and consumer disputes, real estate and urban renewal, and actions against administrative acts. Cases are handled at every level, from first-instance courts to the regional courts, the Court of Cassation and the Council of State.
Şahin Biten has been a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice since 2019; mediation is conducted separately from representation and in line with the principle of impartiality.
