Frequently Asked Questions

How does the first meeting work?

It takes place at the office or by phone. A short conflict check is carried out first; you will be asked to send documents after that check.

How are fees set?

In a written agreement according to the nature of the work, and not below the official minimum fee tariff.

Can I pay by credit card and in instalments?

Yes. Legal, advisory and mediation fees can all be paid by credit card in instalments. A bank commission may apply to card payments.

I am a debtor in enforcement proceedings; can I pay by credit card?

Yes. In files handled by the office, debtors can settle by credit card. Contact us with your file number. A bank commission may apply.

How can I follow my case?

Through the Client Login link, using your e-Devlet credentials on the UYAP Citizen Portal; you also receive written updates at each key stage.

Can you work with clients abroad?

Yes. Written support is provided in Turkish, English and German; a power of attorney can be given at a consulate or before a notary with an apostille.

Is mediation required before suing?

It is mandatory in employment, commercial, consumer, lease, partition, condominium and neighbour disputes. In other disputes voluntary mediation is available.

What should I write in the contact form?

Only your name, contact details, the name of the other party and a few sentences on the subject. Please do not share confidential information or documents before the conflict check.
